Apply hereAfter 12.10.2015 Registration of Birth & Death events done under e-governance (Online) First copy birth & death certificate registered within 21 days being issued free of cost. Registration of certificates after 21 days within 30 days is done with a fine of Rs.10. Registration of Birth & death Certificates delay more than one month but under one year and above one year are being issued by the sewa kenders with a fine Rupees 20.
Birth & Death certificates registration before 12.10.2015 are issued offline. Application can be submitted in sewa kendra opened by Govt. of Punjab or in sewa kender of Municipal Corporation Bathinda working in its campus. For the application submitted in Municipal sewa kender. First copy fees 15+ extra copy Rs.10+ Gaushala Funds+ for name addition of the child in birth certificate Rs.10
At present all the works which is done offline should be also cover under e-governance. So that the transparency should be given to the citizens. This branch has been computerized and very soon, the entire record will be made available on the computer for the convenience of the public.
