The Pension & Provident Fund Branch of the Corporation deals with the settlement of Personal claims of the employees of the Corporation e.g. maintenance of general provident fund, Payment of Advance and Final claims of GPF etc. The branch is also settling the pension/leave encashment/Group Insurance Scheme/ Deposit link insurance claim/ex-gratia etc in r/o employees. All the retirees are getting their pension every month through various banks.
It also deals with processing/passing Pay Bills, Loans & Advances to employees, TA/DA of staff, maintenance of General Provident Fund accounts and verification of leave title for payment of leave encashment etc. Deals with maintenance of General Provident Fund accounts and Contributory Pension Scheme accounts of employees and Investments under GPF/CPS. PFA is also responsible for making payment of pension/retirement benefits of the retired municipal employees

The Establishment Branch takes the organisation towards a paperless era where the employee doesn’t have to ask for prints of his salaries and other details at the same time the organisation doesn’t have to maintain different hard copy records enabling easy access of information Human Resources whenever required.
